Hanaa is committed to enhancing the work of mission driven organizations that support making educational materials more available and accessible. She has a Masters in Information Science from the University of Michigan School of Information, and in her role as Platform Support Manager, she looks to apply design and systems thinking best practices to improve partner support processes at ISKME.
