Launched in July 2014, Teachers Advancing Common Core Learning (TACCL) was an 18-month project facilitated by ISKME, and supported by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation’s Teacher Practice Networks Initiative. TACCL provides training and resources to support teachers in creating cross-disciplinary lessons that focus on students’ close reading and inquiry-based learning skills.

TACCL grew out of ISKME’s 2012-14 Primary Source Project, and builds on the tools and resources created from that project’s partnership with Common Core experts and master teachers across the U.S.
