Paisley recently graduated from UC Santa Cruz with a degree in Anthropology. At ISKME, she provides tier one technical support for OER Commons, serving as a point of contact for SaaS partners and end users to make inquiries. She assists with everything from troubleshooting resources, user accounts and the escalation of technical issues to our tier two support team. When she isn’t minding the Help Desk, you can find Paisley tending to her garden, hiking and cooking in Berkeley, CA.
