Conference Gives Green Light to Ideas

Educators collaborate to solve problems

By Sara Hayden [ sara@hmbreview.com ]

Since Sunday, teachers have been in class, or something like it. The Big Ideas Fest hosted at the Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay, brought out about 240 people from across the United States to share their brightest ideas for the future of education.

Local teachers also participated, including Rosabelle Lynes from Half Moon Bay High School and Abigail Foster from Hatch Elementary School. They were awarded scholarships to attend the event from Brazzle Berry Frozen Yogurt.
