“Hearing success stories from the trenches showed be real failures and their successful rebounds in action.  Success is built on the courage to fail.”

The need for change in education is on everyone’s mind–and we invite you to come be part of the solution-making process.

The need for change in education is on everyone’s mind–and we invite you to come be part of the solution-making process. Big Ideas Fest is a unique three-day immersion into collaboration and design, dedicated to catalyzing innovation in education. Each year, we gather with education mavericks and change-makers from around the world who serve K-12, higher education, and informal learning. It is a terrific opportunity for cross-fertilization of ideas among all education stakeholders, with design-thinking at its best–crafted by educators for educators.

Produced annually by ISKME, a global education nonprofit, Big Ideas Fest includes Rapid Fire talks from leading innovators; networking with educators passionate about creating change; and Action Collab design-thinking workshops that engage groups to brainstorm, prototype, and ultimately create high impact solutions to challenges in education.

Who Should Attend

Whether you are an educator, student, administrator, policymaker, researcher, edupreneur, funder, or ed tech start-up, this is the place to get inspired by treating yourself to a truly action-oriented learning experience.

Big Ideas Fest, Dec. 4-7, 2016, Dolce Hayes Mansion in San Jose, California.
