If you’re interested in re-booting your colleagues’ work into action; learning collaboration skills that will ensure everyone is engaged and contributing in problem-solving; and transitioning a large challenge through detailed steps that result in both creative and viable next steps toward implementation, then we invite you to join us and train to facilitate Action Collabs.

Graduates of the Facilitator Training are added to ISKME’s roster of certified facilitators and are considered for ISKME Action Collabs and Big Ideas Fest facilitation opportunities.

ISKME’s Action Collabs are dynamic workshops that use a design-thinking framework to innovate new ideas with actionable next steps. An outgrowth of Big Ideas Fest, our Action Collabs now serve numerous types of organizations both nationally and internationally

“Facilitating an Action Collab is like having a shortcut to ‘group magic!’ The lively, fast-paced approach makes it exciting to watch as the group collaborates to develop creative solutions to even the most daunting design challenges.”
