We are delighted to announce our two-day Spring Action Collab™ Facilitator Training, March 31- April 1 in San Francisco, California.
If you are interested in re-energizing your colleagues or students into action; learning collaboration skills that will ensure everyone is engaged and contributing in problem-solving; and transitioning a large challenge through detailed steps that result in both creative and viable next steps toward implementation, then we invite you to join us and train to facilitate Action Collabs.
ISKME’s Action Collabs are dynamic workshops that use a design-thinking framework to generate innovative ideas and solutions with actionable next steps. An outgrowth of Big Ideas Fest, Action Collabs have served hundreds of types of organizations both nationally and internationally.
The Facilitator Training includes: first-hand experience of the Action Collab process, in-depth introduction to the framework, instruction and practice of improv activities, and discussion of best practices for facilitation.
Facilitating an Action Collab is like having a shortcut to ‘group magic!’ The lively, fast-paced approach makes it exciting to watch as the group collaborates to develop creative solutions to even the most daunting design challenges. – Facilitator Training Participant
