Bio: 

Cheryl is an educator who is passionate about creating equitable learning environments for all students. Cheryl’s research, teaching, and service has focused on the history of education in the US and Kenya, professionalism and teaching, and diversity and learning. She earned her PhD in education from Stanford University and has worked for several years partnering with faculty, graduate students, and administrators to adopt practices that improve student learning. Cheryl consults with ISKME, assisting with qualitative research, and also works at the University of Chicago as a faculty developer.
