Andrea joined the Institute for the Study of Knowledge Management in Education as Director of Action Collab Services and is developing methodology-based services that enable educators to accelerate their capacity for collaboration, innovation, and design.  Her background is in creating actionable forecasts, visual maps, and highly creative angagement experiences that explore the future of education. Andrea is a graduate of Harvard University and the University of California at Berkeley.
